Refund Policy

Bad refund policies are infuriating. Ours is simple.

14-day, no questions asked

If you’re unhappy with a paid Roz plan for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, email support@roselyn.ai and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

Beyond 14 days

  • Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time from your account settings; your plan stops at the end of the current paid month and you won’t be charged again. We don’t automatically prorate the unused part of a month, but if you were just charged and meant to cancel, tell us and we’ll make it right.
  • Annual subscriptions and BYOK annual licenses: if something’s wrong, get in touch. We handle edge cases case-by-case and in good faith.

Always

Cancelling is self-service and never locks you out of your own local data. If anything about billing feels unfair, email support@roselyn.ai — we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied.
